Jillian Campbell’s Story
In September 2014, I was online looking for guidance in nutrition like most women… but was left so confused. I ate mostly proteins and limited my carbs. I did cardio for about an hour every day. Not your usual treadmill, but Insanity. I knew something was missing. I was working my butt off yet not seeing the results that I was looking for. Fatigue was very common. I came across the macro approach in my search but didn’t know how to go about it.
Then I found Brittany Dawn! I was skeptical at first, so I contacted her with my concerns and gave it a try. Over a year later, I love this new lifestyle! I have energy and am stronger than I’ve ever been. I eat carbs and food in general to fuel my body. I eat what I want because this is not a typical diet. Not bad for a 37-year-old 5’4″ mother of two!
