We’ve all been there. You know you need to workout – you’ve got the time, you’ve got the gear, a cute outfit, you even have your pre-work out & meals ready to go, but for some reason you still can’t seem to pry yourself from the couch and the last episode of OITNB and get to the gym.
The truth is, sometimes getting motivated for your workout can be harder than the workout itself.
When I am not feeling motivated to go to the gym, I make a playlist. I take five minutes as I am getting ready to pick out songs that make me happy and something about making the list, and listening to the music shifts my mood and helps my mind get ready to go do some major work.
That got me thinking, sharing my weekly playlist would be an awesome way to get closer to you guys and maybe even help you get motivated. I hope you enjoy this playlist and good luck with your workouts this week!

I absolutely love this song, and it’s the seriously best for boosting my mood so that I can prep my mind for my workout as I warm up!

A beautiful song to help you start to wind down! Plus, Eleven from Stranger Things is the video lead!

Just a happy, feel good song that is, even more, fun to rock out to after those workout endorphins are in full affect!
