Cinnamon French Toast Recipe! - YUM!

I usually have Zoats for breakfast (zucchini oats), but I ran out of zucchini this morning so I decided to make French Toast instead! Here’s how I made it:


• 2 egg whites

• 1/4 cup almond milk

• cinnamon

• stevia

Mix all of those ingredients in a bowl for your “batter”. Dip desired amount of slices in the batter and then cook in a pan on medium heat until they’re lightly brown!

Cinnamon Bun Frosting:

• 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt

• 1/2 scoop Dymatize Cinnamon Bun Casein

• stevia

Mix all of those together in a bowl until they have a “whipped” or light texture appearance.. that’s your frosting! Spread it on top of your French Toast, and there you go! Only took me around 10 minutes total, and I also sliced up some strawberries for it as well. I used Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (zero calories).
