My name is Ashley and I’m 31 years old. Until I signed up for Brittany’s 60 Day Challenge, I had never finished a program that I started. Anytime I wanted to drop a few pounds, I restricted calories to an unhealthy level. I was never ‘overweight’ but my body had much more fat compared to muscle… and as I got older, it only got worse.

In 2012 I started working from home. I’ve always worked in front of a computer, but working from home took my laziness and eating habits to a scary new level. My body fell victim to the convenience.

I signed up for the BDawnFit Spring 2016 60 Day Challenge… and it changed my life. The structure and guidance she provided was exactly what I needed. And to prove that you can get results at home, most of this challenge was done with the at home workouts she offers! It wasn’t until around week 6 or 7 that I took the leap and finally joined a gym.

I’m so incredibly thankful that I found Brittany and that she showed me what flexible dieting and weights can do for your body. I now eat way more than I ever have and haven’t gained any weight! In fact, my weight stayed the same, but I lost over 13 inches!!!! My energy level is insane, and it’s all because of working with Brittany. Being surrounded by so much positive energy has given my fitness journey a jumpstart.
