The most valuable thing I’ve learned is the importance of nutrition. I had a coach previously who had me on high protein, high fat, and low carbs… not to mention, the cardio was endless! On Brittany’s program, I’m not restricted nor am I spending hours in the gym! I still have a ways to go but my confidence is so much higher now! I have learned balance and that carbs aren’t horrible. I used to be so scared of them, but now I understand how to use food as fuel. My coaching experience with Brittany Dawn has been great!
